A great day cycling the river island communities around Phnom Penh area.
This touring activity gave us a close up look at the people and communities that live on the river islands around Phnom Penh. Our guide Bunthet (“Ted”) was excellent, and customized the pace, itinerary and tour stops to our preference. He was knowledgeable, safety conscious, and gave us lots of local stories as well as a good variety of sights and cycling terrain. Great Buffet & Dancers awesome!!
Great Buffet & wonderful Cultural Daces routines! The Toktok Driver picked us up @ 6pm & Was waiting for us once the Buffet & Dancers were Done He was awesome! The Food was tons of Variety you couldn't go wrong lots to eat & awesome servers! The 5 different Dances preformed were beautiful & well performed! Fabulous experience
We had the best experience ever , a really interesting tour around a local market trying lots of different local foods herbs and a few insects 😂if you wanted to Then we were taken to the countryside cooking school which is located amongst the rice paddy fields. The class takes place in the outdoor kitchen of the orphanage whilst the children are at school . We met Ben and the master chef who cooks for the children and had the most informative fun cooking lesson . We cooked in the open fires and the food was delicious . We were given all the recipes to take home the best experience of our trip to Cambodia . The team are doing such a fabulous job supporting children and giving them a home and a chance of an education . Amazing elephant experience
We loved this tour! We got to spend time with elephants up close. We spent nearly 2 hours interacting with the elephants and the lunch after was good. Next, we went to a temple and saw some of the cultural aspects of the area. Finally, we swam at the waterfall. Apparently this is a popular swimming location, but somehow we ended up being the only people swimming, and we got some amazing photos. The water felt great after a hot day. Last but not least, Seila, our guide, was wonderful. He was so kind and patient with us. He was also open to customizing our tour if needed. Magical island tour!! 🎣🪸🐠
We booked a tour via a tiny little kiosk, near the bamboo, jam, hostel, called “Blue Sea Tours”, with a fellow called Tarynn. The tour exceeded our expectations in every respect! For only $15 US per person, he took us on his boat for 5 1/2 hours, visiting an excellent snorkelling location, then teaching us to fish using the local technique, then, taking us for a sunset viewing at a village at the north of the island we didn’t even know existed, then preparing our dinner (made of the fish that we had caught!), and finally taking us for a snorkel in the bio luminescence. 10/10, great tour guide, would def recommend him!!!

Gelungener, kurzer Abend
Tolles Essen, toller Tanz. Ein Punkt Abzug weil Kinder voll zahlen müssen. Transport vom Hotel und Personal vor Ort waren professionell und pünktlich. Das Essen war lecker und reichhaltig. Gute Mischung aus regionalen, aber für die Kinder auch aus westlichen Optionen.

Disagreement on toll fees
We had an excellent trip, good discussions with the driver and we felt safe too. The driver was experienced and never drove too fast either. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 as it should have been, is simple. The toll fees for the highway, only 12 dollars was on us, and the booking said all toll fees included. Dinner with dance show
Nice dinner with local dance show. The costumes are pretty and musicis very nice too. Dinner is buffet style with wide spread of local dishes. The price is very affordable and it includes transport from hotel and back.
